摘要：In this paper, Mash-up, Multi Agent System (MAS) Architecture and GPS, GIS and Wireless Communication technologies were discussed. New application architecture of complex vehicle Location Based Service (LBS), Navigation and Intelligent Transportation system based on MAS architecture was proposed. The implementation and Web performance of mash-up methodology on the urban garbage trucks management in Shanghai Putuo district were introduced. The final system testing results were evaluated. And the future potentials of MAS based mash-up approach to solve the complex urban management and monitoring information network system were prospected.
