摘要：AutoTutor is a computer tutor that teaches students by having a conversation simulating the discourse patterns and pedagogical strategies of human tutors. To create AutoTutor in different domains, subject matter experts (SMEs) need to create Curriculum Scripts, loosely ordered but well defined collections of concepts, correct answers and question-answer units. To make this process of creating these curriculum scripts easier we have created an authoring tool, AutoTutor Script Authoring Tool (ASAT). It provides automatic question generation and sentence similarity checking to help domain expert create scripts quickly and error free. The tool can save scripts as SCORM objects, thus we can use standard authoring tools to modify the scripts and import them into ASAT. Architecture of AutoTutor.
