摘要：The concept of group process is discussed from possible methodological approach to its visualization sustained by authors identified with an institutional approach. It was investigated a learning experience in the Psychology course of Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, which the main theme is the study of small groups and emphasizes the subjective aspects of the situations in class. The procedures adopted included a systematization of the available registers and the realization of five discuss sessions with the members of the analyzed groups. By using the concepts of action-research, this investigation aims to understand, through the concept of group process, the context of a learning activity. It was identified that the group process can be visualized in the articulation of an organizational structure and a subjectivity production, which can be seen through the concept of implication and the signification of the experienced situations by the members of the group.
