摘要:Recent research shows the problems of conviviality which are present in the educative centers. The teachers are aware of the difficulties they have to face in order to solve the conflicts inside and outside the classroom. For instance, in order to give an answer to disruptive and violent behaviours, demotivation, sexual harassment, etc. In this work, we suggest a few parameters of action based upon the exhaustive knowledge of the students’ centers, team-working, the improvement of the communicative strategies and the analysis of the conviviality problems from a different point of view.
