摘要：¨CThis text presents some theoretical contributions in the Higher Educa-
tion learning process. It, also, discusses questions tied to the learning different dimen-
sions in the planetary scenery. In addition it reflects on the main competencies, as
creativity and innovation among others, essential to the professors and students to
compete in this society of the globalization, that lays emphasis to: the knowledge, the
economics questions, the empregability and the entrepreneurship. The writers pointed
out the necessity to enlarge this vision maintaining the person formation in the context
of his/her complexity, and his/her values and needs to have a real learning.
