摘要：This article approaches the innovations implemented in the process of
creation of the Course of Pedagogia - Emphasis in Popular Education of the PUCRS.
The construction of the course characterizes itself for some singularities and the
establishment of an unknown dialogue among institutions that occupy different places
and have looks and knowledges of their own: two institutions linked to the municipal
public power, a private university and an entity of communitarian movement of the city.
Another singularity is due to the construction and accomplishment of a course – first
and unique in the country – directed, entirely and exclusively, toward the formation of
popular educators.
