摘要:The present research aims at listing and at estimating how
the practices of intercooperation allow the cooperatives to improve their
services. With a hybrid research strategy, the exploratory case study from
which we insert, at the stage of data collection and analysis, the grounded
theorization analysis method, the authors propose two results on the
services and the practices of intercooperation. The first part summarizes
all the services of intercooperation of the federations of the sector of the
consumption in Quebec, as well as the evaluation of the impact of these
services on the work of cooperatives as well as the evaluation of the
necessary competences for these services. For the second part, the
authors propose a categorization of 8 practices of intercooperation.
These practices demonstrate competitive advantages of price, of differentiation
and cooperative plus-value intimately connected to the
cooperative identity, making these practices sources of durable competitive
advantage.
