摘要：This article presents a brief synthesis of a research project
sought to contribute to the development of public policies of support for
the creation of work cooperatives. It did so by taking account of the paths
taken by public policies of support for work cooperatives in Argentina,
Chile and Uruguay, and by analysing various specifically selected programs.
To this end, the programs implemented in various countries these
past years were listed, as were the appearances of work cooperatives
and/or associative endeavours launched as a product of the selected
programs, and the state of their current situation. This project can be
seen as contributing to the identification of the shortcomings observed
in the programs under study, as well as to the development of suggestions
to be considered at the various stages of formulating a public
policy of support for work cooperatives and other associations.
