摘要：The study is about charter schools which are becoming more popular in Turkey
after 1990s. In this research, the application of charter schools in Bursa is presented. Then, the
problems concerned are determined and some suggestions are given. In the first part of the
study, some basic information about charter schools is given. Then qualitative research results
of charter school research in Bursa in 2004-2005 academic years are presented. In the last part,
there are suggestions and discussion of the study.
