摘要:A cinema director of present times, who was always
cited as a post-modern artist, may have, in the roots
of his aesthetic choices, influence of films typically
modernists? This paper analyses the contact points
between the work of Peter Greenaway an three
“symphony-films” of the 1920 decade – “Nothing
but the time” (Alberto Cavalcanti), “À propos de
Nice” (Jean Vigo) e “Berlin a symphony of a big
city” (Walther Ruttmann).
