摘要：The present article investigates the character from,
Peter Greenaway’s Film The cook, the thief, his wife
and her lover, Albert Spica. The grotesque evil is
one of the most significant elements in this narrative.
Under the eyes of the theories from Georges Bataille
and Jean Baudrillard, we study the representation of
the evil in this story written and in the present society.
