摘要:Nowadays, a study of the communication in business setting from a psychological point of view implies well known methodologies such as Neurolinguistic Programming and Problem Solving. The analysis of both of them confirms a pragmatic approach, which is nearly related to “New Communication” theory of Palo Alto School. In this way, using this pragmatic basis, we present in our study a three dimensional view of this phenomenon: a rhetoric-pragmatic, a grammar-pragmatic and pragmatic-pragmatic perspective of these two psychological trends
