摘要:Waste management in South East Asia has become an increasingly important task of the Local Government authorities as a result of urban population and industrial growth and an increase in the standard of living resulting in an increase in quantity and variation in the types of waste generated.
The governments of the ASEAN countries have to import waste management technology in order to solve the problem in an integrated approach via waste to energy plants.
