  • 摘要:It was a study with professors at the Economics Post-Graduation Program - PPGE/UFPB, with the objective of identifying the obstacles to the use of the informational channels. The data collection was done through questionnaires. The analysis points to a discussion about the profile of the professors, the uses of the informational channels and the obstacles to the searches and the use of information. It can be concluded that the professors in such a way face obstacles in the use of the formal channels as well as in the supra-formal ones.
