Scientific knowledge of subjects and teacher training for early childhood education in Elementary School
摘要：Resumo
Este artigo traz alguns resultados sobre um processo de interação entre o pesquisador e duas participantes, alunas de um curso de Pedagogia, em torno do objetivo de elaborar, implementar e analisar um conjunto de aulas sobre um tema de Ciências Naturais. Em tal processo investigou-se como se deu a interação entre elas sobre os conhecimentos científicos que possuíam do conteúdo abordado, além das estratégias de como ensiná-lo. Tendo em vista, a partir dos resultados obtidos, a precária formação em conteúdos específicos que deveriam saber para ensinar, algumas reflexões são apontadas, principalmente às pertinentes à formação do professor para as séries iniciais do Ensino Fundamental e seu lócus principal, os cursos de Pedagogia.
Abstract
This article reports some results collected from an interactive process in which the researcher and two participants, students from an Education Course, observed how the participants carried out the aim of elaborating, implementing and analyzing a set of Natural Science classes. In such process their interaction concerning the scientific knowledge they had of the contents and strategies on how to teach them were investigated. From the results it was inferred they lacked information on specific areas of knowledge, which they needed in order to teach. Some thoughts referring to teacher training for Early Childhood Education and its main locus: Education Courses are presented.
