摘要：Fishery production and managership appear to be so important activities in Bey.ehir region. In
this study, the structure of enterprises, their problems and solutions, solutions were revealed.
Capacities and marketing opportunities, administrative methods were determined.
Infrastructures and current situations of 10 enterprises were examined in the region. Results
revealed that all enterprises are private companies and they works below half of their capacity.
Processes of enterprises are fishery (90%), frog and snail (10%); the most important problem
shows up to be insufficient raw material for enterprises in the region.
