摘要：In this Study, questionnaires were carried out to determine technical specifications bottom gill
and trammel nets used in Saroz Bay in Enez, Sultani.e, Yayla, .brice Kavak, G¨¹neyli, Ece and
Kabatepe fishing ports located in Saroz Bay. The questionnaires were done with heads of the
fishing cooperatives, fishermen and people construct the nets in the ports. The technical specifications
of the net were given as three tables. According to the results of the questionnaires,
approximately 250 fishermen having used gill and trammel nets in the Saroz Bay were determined.
It was found that approximately 44 different gill and trammel nets have been in the Bay
and although the nets used in the Bay have used same fish species, they have been different
technical specifications. The results showed that the nets in the bay had no standard technical
specifications.
