标题：Calidad de vida, autoeficacia, estrategias de afrontamiento y adhesión al tratamiento en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica sometidos a hemodiálisis
摘要：The purpose of this study was to identify the psychological variables that mediate in adherence behavior to the treatment for patients with chronic kidney disease under haemodialysis treatment. The Questionnaire of Health (SF36), the Generalized Self-efficacy Scale, and the Coping with Stress Questionnaire were used to evaluate quality of life, self-efficacy, and coping styles, respectively. The adherence to the treatment was estimate through a data card of biochemical indicators and medical criterion. The results have implications in the intervention strategies for adherence behavior in this kind of patients proposed by psychology.
