摘要:This essay deals with the possibility of changing antisocial, aggressive, or violent behaviors through simple nutritional modifications. Nutrition and diet need to be taken into account in order to identify the factors that may affect behavior. Although it is not possible to derive definitive conclusions on the effects of nutritional modification and changes in antisocial or criminal behaviors, the studies reviewed provide sufficient data for exploring the influence that different nutrients can have on the genesis of aggressive behavior. This could also be used to develop future treatments and interventions in order to prevent such behavior. The authors suggest that nutritional supplementation, correctly supervised, can be of benefit in the prevention or even the diminution of aggressive behavior.
