摘要:In this paper, we want to analyze the concept of virtual organizations and one of their analysis levels: the group. We are interested in finding differences and resemblances between traditional groups and virtual groups, in order to know whether we can apply the knowledge about traditional groups to this new kind of them. Afterwards, we present a research in which we are involved: a networked model of knowledge management. Our final interest is to propose actions to increasing the cohesion, satisfaction and performance in these virtual groups which are sharing and creating knowledge on voluntary manner.
