摘要:This study shows an updated review about the trainers in occupational and vocational training area (initial and continuos training). Besides fenced conceptual review about the trainer a classification about the typology of the trainers and the functions of the different training is offered. Finally, the study discusses the real problems about the trainers training in according to professional competences. This doesn't exclude to think again about the topics like Empowrment or wilfulness, full or part time teacher; in fact, what the profile of these teachers must be? This is the key question.
