  • 摘要:Previously, it's necessary to reform the different modalities that exist in vocational training for the study about characteristics of vocational training trainers. Nowadays the existence of these different modalitites in essential so we are in a possition to change within educative system. The vocational training is not exempt from these reforms. This paper studies the trainers role in different areas where the educative system deals with the vocational training; but there's no a coherent plan about trainers training. The general and specific panorama about trainers training has been reticulated accurately; although the necessary teaching competence hasn't been taken account. This study shows the "contextual-critical" model like starting point in order to fill the initial gap in trainers training.
