摘要：Since the late 1990s, large numbers of archaeological
surveys and excavation projects have been carried
out in Ireland as the result of development pressures.
This development-led excavation has uncovered an
increasingly diverse range of prehistoric settlement
remains, such as spreads of pits and postholes,
ditches and enclosures, lithic scatters and circular
structures.
