摘要：Nowadays, the funds for Public Higher Education Institutions, PHEI,
are limited, even in development countries, for that reason, many governments are loo-king for different ways to diversify the incomes of those institutions. This paper shows
the funding models for PHEI of a German federal states group, following a classification
based in the position –Percentile– of specific variables. The models of financing
developed correspond to the following German federated states: Berlin, Brandenburg,
Baden-Württemberg, Low Saxony, Bremen, Hamburg, Hesse and Schleswig-Holstein.
