摘要：The aim of this paper was to determine the minerals K, Na, Mn, Zn, Mg, Ca, Fe and Cu
in a mixed drink composed of coconut water and clarified cashew apple juice
(cajuina) after the addition of caffeine. The content of sodium, as well as other
minerals founded (Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and Zn) was influenced by the formulation and the
presence of additives. The results showed that the mixed drink, presented high
concentration of potassium. The mineral composition of mixed drink kept part of the
components founded in the raw material and is a function of their mineral composition.
