摘要:In this study, an Attitude scale Towards Mentoring (ASTM) was developed. The study was done in 18 primary schools in the city centers of Aydın and Ankara Provinces. At the first stage, 50 primary school teachers in the city center of Aydın were asked to report their ideas, feelings about school experience that candidate teachers do in primary schools. Taking the answers as a departure point, a five point graded trial form of 64 items was constructed and 300 trial forms were given to teachers in 18 schools. 212 forms were taken back and out of it 192 were used for analyses. SPSS 9.0 Statistical Program was used to analyze the data. While the trial form had 64 items, after the analysis 34 items not working properly were omitted.
