摘要：This article looks at the current situation of the Local
Development Agencies ¨CLDAs¨C in applying and developing active
employment policies, along with the programmes derived from such
policies. More specifically, it examines the important subject of financing
for the model of local development implanted, now that over two
decades have elapsed since it was first implemented. Have we created
a type of subsidised patronage shoring up such a model?
