摘要:Many health professionals
are concerned about the
quality of children¡¯s diets
in the United States. A varied diet is
one of the keys to good nutrition,
but many children are choosing
foods high in fat or added sugars at
the expense of nutrient-dense fruits,
vegetables, whole grains, and other
foods. These diet choices may be
exacerbating the trend toward
increasing obesity and other health
problems among the Nation¡¯s young
people.
