  • 摘要:We live in a time in which uncertainty rules the stages, where constant change is the only certainty, in the break with previous paradigms towards new ones. In this frame, it is observed how Internet, and its new tendencies, is presented as a strategic tool for communication in small enterprises, organizations, as the case of the corporative web portal of FISEC, and the transferences made to the education field, through the implementation of digital publications that allow the establishment of nets.
