摘要：This article present, a characterized educationally to the sector, based on the levels of
schooling of fishermen and their comparison with regional and national averages and
present the educational movements between parents and children. As for the
methodology used data from secondary sources and tables mobility for a vision of the
movements educational intergenerational. The results indicate that fishermen have a
level of educational under the national average and regional, however, there are
educational upward mobility between parents and children, for the effect of educational
political at the outside coverage and equity to education
