摘要：The aim of this article is to examine the discourses made by intellectuals of
the Faculty of Philosophy, Science and Letters of the University of Sao Paulo in
solemn sessions held from 1937 to 1951, highlighting its self-image, collective
memory and discursive strategies towards the policy issues that challenged
contemporary intellectuals.
