摘要：After 1990, the structure of the occupied active population changed at the level of the entire country and, of course, of each county from one year to another. South-West Oltenia Region presently has an occupied active population of about 821,026 people, which accounts for 10.5 per cent of Romania’s occupied active population, counting about 7,811,733 people. The greatest part of the occupied active population is represented by wage earners, working in economic units with both state and private capital, followed by individual workers or people that work in their own households.
