摘要：Constance County was devided into 10 territorial units in order to better analyse the situation and to gradually decrease the territorial disparities. Three of the 10 territorial units were included into the Casimcea basin. Unit no.1 covers the city of Constance and the neighbouring villages, unit no.2 is centered on Medgidia and villages nearby, while the third unit has the city of Cernavoda as a polarizing centre.
