摘要:From the beginning and, in their stricto sensu meaning, goal, as we call in France as ‘Pôle de
compétitivité’ must create nearer and closer relations, interactions between originally separate
actors, companies, universities, in order to favour competitiveness relationship against
international competition. Through dissemination of InfoComTechnologies on territories, inside
companies and between companies, their employees, proximity of these actors could be
reviewed and renewable.
