摘要：The present paper is an attempt to preserve a meaningful sample valid to provide us with a picture of the situation at this particular stage about the development of the Spanish linguistic policy. The presence of linguistic issues during the national electoral campaign for March 9th 2008 elections predicts a new age both for everything concerned with the (hierarchical) linguistic status of peninsular languages and for the establishment of new interpretations of their coexistence, and, especially, for the reflection on the national and local legislation.
