  • 摘要:The aim of this new interdisciplinary project proposal in teachers’ initial training is to stimulate and help future teachers to elaborate joint planning and to cooperate in its execution. A program for teachers’ education is designed aiming at the development of new competences that may lead these teachers to collective knowledge production about the reality of schools. A first interpretation of the experiment leads to the identification of the following aspects to be integrated in teachers’ education process: i) focalization of the intervention work on teachers’ multiple difficulties in constructing a new view of teaching; ii) construction of a classroom context to guide and facilitate the construction of an interdisciplinary teaching; iii) specific guidance to small groups of graduates on cognitive and subjective aspects that will help the socialization of their members; iv) curricular modification and a continuing reflection effort by the project coordinators, in producing concrete manifestations of interdisciplinarity that will constitute an anchorage and a reference for future teachers.
