摘要:In the age of knowledge, human learning at work has been a growing focus of attention by some theorists and researchers in the fields of Business Administration and Psychology. In this context, learning strategies at work emerge as one of the decisive elements for the optimization of the learning processes of individuals in organizational environments. In this study, the experience of making an exploratory mapping of the individuals’ learning strategies is reported, the goals of which were to classify sixteen professional occupations into four categories of work positions, and also to describe and compare the strategies used by the individuals for learning in their daily lives at work in these different professional categories. In order to achieve this, the court was composed of twelve coordinators in the area of Human Resources and 55 representatives of the sixteen professional occupations under study. The data obtained showed that the strategies of Practical Application and the Search for Interpersonal Help played a central role in the processes of acquisition, retention, and transference of new knowledge, abilities and attitudes at work, and also that different configurations of uses of learning strategies were associated with the professional categories studied.
