摘要:The objective of this paper is to statistically test the adequacy of a multi-item scale used to evaluate the usage of strategic planning in Small and Medium Enterprises [SMEs]. We have submitted the multi-item data to the test the difference of proportions, factorial analysis, grouped data method, and Pearson correlation estimates. The scale was applied to a sample of 182 SMEs. This research appraised a scale developed to evaluate the usage of strategic planning among SMEs, taking into consideration the specificities of the firms. We concluded that the efficacy of the scale is high, but is over-dimensioned and requires adjustments.
