The paper is about evolution of migration of the Romanian workforce in the period 1989-2006. The paper is based on data evidence from National Institute of Statistics. People in the communities which were exposed to migration discovered the well fare of their neighbors and the microbe spread easily due to the improvement in the way of life of the people which experienced migration or the families of these people. This gives a positive aspect for the Romanian economy together with the negative one for the low number of able for work people in comparison with the increasing number of retired persons.
