摘要：The CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) has always been a difficult area of EU policy to reform; this
is a problem that began in the 1960s and one that continues to the present day. In this work are
presented the beginnings of the CAP. The reforming of the CAP knows different periods, our concern
was focused upon the new Common Agricultural Policy and its impacts upon our country.
