摘要:The European Union Education Council adressed in the year 2002, to all the candidate countries, the initiative to
associate to the process of developing educational systems, in conformity with the workplan for implementing the
three strategic objectives regarding educational and professional formation systems for the 2001-2010 period. In this
context, the improvement of the romanian educational management represents a priority for the universitary learning
system, which has to promote the most recent methods capable to assure the access of all specialits to the continuos
formation process. One of the ways to fulfill this objective, which has already proved its efficieny in the international
educational practice, are the e-learning systems capable to support an .blended learning¡± system, offering the
posibility to combine the distance learning methods with the traditional ones.The research team succeeded to define
the components of this kind of specialists continuos formation model, setting up the basis of the first international
master program with double diploma based on a software and communication infrastructure capable to assure the
formation of the romanian specialists in European Union by connecting the e-learning platforms of the Academy of
Economic Studies in Bucharest and of the D¡¯Artois University from France.
