摘要:The rise of a new paradigm in last two decades ¨C relational marketing¨C changed the relationship
between companies and their clients. A specific domain of services marketing wich is full of cases of
relational marketing is financial marketing. This work aims to show how important trust is in
financial services, as a component of relational marketing. We consider the case of SC ASIG
CAPITAL SA as an example of our theory.
