摘要：The changes that we witness nowadays in the society have an unprecedented scope. The acceleration and the
fast spreading of the changes produce, in the management of the companies, multiple and deep effects,
imposing an increase in the speed of the decisional reaction and the adaptation of the whole organism of the
company to changes. The present changes, more complex, frequent and fast, are a normal continuation of the
old ones, but amplified according to the new realities of the contemporary world, generating new economic
and managerial responses.
