摘要：The decision to start a business in electronic commerce must consider the type of business, the site type,
the way of up-dating, the security sistem, the way of organizing the information, means of payment etc.,
are decisional elements in the succes and the continuity of the business. The aim of the paper is to count
the models of business on the Internet, the site types used in electornic commerce, elements in strainght
bond with the protection sistem and organizing the information, means of payment that can be
implemented on the Internet business.
