摘要：A stable economic medium which is based on a law system as stable as it can be, but which has, in the
same time the capacity to adapt to the changes that appear, without the fiscal stability being put under
question because of this initiative. The main budgetary resources necessary for Romania as a country
member of the EU at 1st January 2007 will result after some modifications in the fiscal code. The
modification of imposable values during the year, although minor ¨C with the exception of arable lands
of the 5th category, which will rise with 50% - affects the stability of the Fiscal Code.
