摘要：The management team of a company needs constantly to be in touch with all that means production
costs. Not paying attention to operation costs, the issue costs vs expenses is helpless to the modern
management. The cost management has the power of modeling the economic processes through a
company between all phases, starting with purchasing and ending with selling and cash of the
receivable.
Today, decreasing the expenses involved in productive process becomes one of the main requests for
production development.
