摘要：One of the most used instruments by managers for oversee and elaboration of assumed objectives and
of decisions or action plans put in practice is board picture. This consists in an aggregate of
indicators presented in a sistetic manner with correlated periodicity, that have to permit to the
manager to react quickly if appear problems.
