摘要:the knowledge of the competitive environment requires the priority research of the market share, of
the competitive position, of the structure of the competition and of the competitive context. The efficiency of the
tactical and strategic decisions depends on the ability of the company to know and to adjust to the demands of
the environment in which it operates. In this regard, the diagnosis of the environment represents an
identification instrument of the opportunities and dangers that come from the environment and of the key
successful factors in a given system.
