摘要：1 James Douglas Moss (Brother) appeals the trial court’s July 31, 2006, order which found Judy Gayle Moss (Sister) retained a life estate in property owned by Brother and which divided partnership assets between the two. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.
