摘要：The underlying facts in this case concerned
a road-rage incident in February 2004 in
which Plaintiff Leslie Savage (Plaintiff) claimed
her deceased husband, Timothy Moore (Moore),
was without fault and that his death was due
to the negligent and/or willful unlawful acts of
Defendant David Burton (Burton) who, among
other things, operated his car improperly, and
ultimately left his vehicle and shot Moore with
a pistol, resulting in Moore’s death.
